Service & support
With a service agreement, you get regular maintenance for your chairs, including cleaning and adjusting important parts. The agreement can be customized to your needs and also includes a discount on spare parts if they need replacing.
If your chair needs repair, we can either collect it from our workshop or offer on-site service for your convenience. We only use original parts and offer fast service to minimize downtime.

Order & delivery
Normally we have a delivery time of 2-4 business days for in-stock products. Delivery time may vary depending on specific customizations or if the product is special ordered.
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking link via email, so you can easily follow your delivery.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make changes to your order. We will do our best to assist you before your order is processed and shipped.
Warranties & complaints
Our chairs are covered by a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and ensures that your chair is free from defects.
If you discover a problem with your chair that is covered by the warranty, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will assist you with the claims process to quickly resolve the issue.
