Service and maintenance

Our service agreements mean that we perform regular maintenance service on your chairs 1–2 times per year, or according to your wishes. You can choose a fixed cost per month, quarter or year. Service agreements also give you a 30% discount on any spare parts that need to be replaced. Contact us to get an offer tailored to your needs!

A standard service for office chairs includes a thorough check and adjustment of the chair's functions, such as the backrest, seat, armrests and mechanism. If necessary, we also perform lubrication, cleaning and adjustment to ensure optimal ergonomics and performance.

Yes, we offer on-site service for your convenience! If it is difficult to transport your chairs, we can come to you for repair or maintenance, no matter where you are in Sweden (with some exceptions for longer trips). Contact us for more information about on-site service.

Spare parts and repairs

The delivery time for our spare parts and accessories is usually 1-3 working days, depending on stock status and destination. We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible to minimise downtime.

The repair process varies depending on the extent of the damage and whether spare parts need to be ordered. Our goal is always to handle repairs as quickly as possible and keep you informed of any timeframes.

We service most types of office chairs and 24 hour chairs. If you are unsure if we can help with your specific chair, please contact us with details of the brand and model and we will get back to you with an answer!
